Job description

Snelling Staffing is seeking Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and Assistants for well-established legal companies in the Denham Springs area. Our clients offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, profit sharing, 401K match, and much more! All of our legal positions are direct hire positions with a pay range of $22-$25 per hour, depending on previous experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining attorney calendars
  • Knowledge of filing documents in various courts
  • Organizing and maintaining both electronic and paper files
  • Entering attorney time
  • Processing check request and expense and reports and editing bills
  • Expert computer and communicational skills
  • Ability to manage heavy workload and work with different types of personalities
  • Always maintain a positive, professional attitude while working with different personalities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the legal field is greatly preferred.
