Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase projects from concept to completion. You will be the primary driver of project strategy, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and in full compliance with PMO standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate client needs, manage competing priorities, and turn complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle, defining requirements and balancing resources to meet critical objectives.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including dependency mapping and critical path analysis.
Data & Reporting: Build dynamic dashboards and automated reports using Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables) to drive executive decision-making.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and lead corrective action plans to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for leadership and clients, delivering detailed status reports and resolving time-critical issues.
Qualifications
MS Project Expertise: Proven ability to manage sophisticated schedules and dependencies.
Advanced Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Excel for data-driven modeling and reporting.
Process Improvement: Experience in developing sustainable process enhancements and quality control measures.
