  • Assist with financial analysis and special projects as requested by the executive or Finance leadership.
  • Partner appropriately with Corporate Finance while maintaining clear separation between personal and company transactions, records, and expenses.
  • Perform work independently with an appropriate degree of judgment and latitude while escalating material or unusual financial matters.
  • Handle all personal, financial, and executive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executives and external financial professionals.
  • Demonstrated professionalism when interacting with banks, advisors, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate upcoming financial requirements and proactively communicate deadlines, obligations, and potential issues.
  • High degree of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive personal and financial information.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities.
