About the Opportunity

Join our Legal team for Summer 2026 as a Legal Operations Co-op and gain hands-on exposure to how an in-house legal department supports a fast-paced business. This unpaid summer opportunity is designed for high school students who are curious about business operations, law, organization, and technology.

As a co-op, you will work alongside internal operations and legal professionals to help keep projects, records, and processes organized and running smoothly. You'll learn how legal teams collaborate across departments while building practical professional skills in communication, organization, and project coordination.

What You'll Do

Support Legal Operations Activities

You may assist with:

  • Organizing and maintaining contract files, records, and internal documentation
  • Updating templates, trackers, and process documentation
  • Supporting the organization of information within tools such as SharePoint and other internal systems
  • Assisting with data entry, file management, and administrative tasks
  • Helping identify ways to improve team organization and workflows

Collaborate Across Teams

You may also:

  • Help coordinate meetings and prepare notes or action items
  • Observe how Legal partners with other business teams to support compliance and operations
  • Learn basic concepts related to contracts, policies, and business processes
