Job Description:

Poste temporaire pour une duree de 12 mois.

Comme technicien(ne) juridique, vous releverez de la directrice affaires juridiques et serez principalement responsable du traitement des demandes peremptoires, d'effectuer des recherches en jurisprudence et doctrine a l'aide de banques de donnees specialisees, ainsi que de l'analyse de plumitifs.

Vous vous realisez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Traiter des demandes peremptoires.

  • Faire des recherches en jurisprudence et doctrine.

  • Faire des recherches dans les lois et reglements.

  • Effectuer des recherches et analyses de plumitifs.

  • Rediger des resumes de jugements.

  • Faire des recherches au Registre foncier et analyser des designations cadastrales et des plans.

  • Preparer des formulaires de publicite au Registre des droits personnels et reels mobiliers.

  • Enregistrer des hypotheques aux registres.

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Technique juridique ou detenir toute autre formation pertinente.

  • Posseder un minimum de 3 ans d'experience ou toute combinaison d'experience pertinente.

  • Avoir une excellente aptitude informatique.

  • Avoir une forte capacite de redaction.

  • Une connaissance en assurance de personne et/ou de dommages constitue un atout.

  • Tres bonne connaissance de la langue francaise parlee et ecrite ainsi qu'une maitrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en raison de la nature des taches ou d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de repondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
