Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company's R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company's RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
Revolution Medicines is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Manager, Legal Operations Technology to support the Legal team. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing all aspects of technology leveraged by the legal department including contract management system, corporate governance system, AI tools, matter management, e-billing and reporting software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). The Manager, Legal Operations Technology role will serve as the operational owner of Legal's technology ecosystem by managing user access, training, issue resolution, vendor coordination, data governance, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement across all legal technology platforms.
The position works closely with all Legal teams, Information Technology/Information Security, company project and change management teams and software vendors to ensure legal systems operate effectively and support business objectives.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Legal Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • User access administration.
  • New hire onboarding/offboarding.
  • Training and user support.
  • Issue intake and troubleshooting.
  • Vendor escalation management.
  • Release testing and deployment coordination.
  • Documentation and knowledge management.
  • Data governance and quality control.
  • Legal technology process improvement.

User Support
  • Serve as primary administrator for legal technology platforms, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, AI, e-billing, e-discovery, document management, legal intake, and other legal applications.
  • Configure user permissions, templates, dashboards, forms, and reports.
  • Maintain system integrity, security, and data quality.
  • Provide first-line support/triage for Legal Department users.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.
  • Manage support requests and issue tracking.

Training and Documentation
  • Develop and deliver user training programs.
  • Create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Promote system adoption and best practices.

Vendor Management
  • Serve as primary liaison with legal technology vendors.
  • Coordinate software upgrades, releases, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Escalate and manage complex support issues through resolution.

Reporting and Analytics
  • Develop system dashboards and reports.
  • Support data extraction, analysis, and reporting requests.
  • Monitor utilization and adoption metrics.

Technology Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Participate in evaluation and implementation of new legal technologies.
  • Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of legal operations, project management, or corporate legal department experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise legal technology platforms.
  • Learning agility - able to learn, understand and manage new systems as a subject matter expert
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with legal technology, matter management, contract lifecycle management, or e-billing systems.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and systems administration skills.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in creating training and user documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies
  • Big pharma experience a plus.
