Job description

Our client, Glide Platform, is a specialized private markets infrastructure firm that helps wealth managers, family offices, asset managers, and institutional investors design, launch, and manage customized alternative investment solutions.

As Glide continues to expand globally, they are seeking an Onboarding Associate based in Miami, Florida to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new investors and investment structures. This role combines client interaction, operational execution, and regulatory coordination, serving as a key point of contact throughout the onboarding process.

What will you do in this position?
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, from documentation collection through account activation and first investment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors during onboarding, ensuring a professional and high-quality experience.

  • Coordinate with custodians, legal counsel, compliance teams, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

  • Help improve onboarding workflows and contribute to operational excellence as the business continues to scale.

Among your main responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and account opening processes.

  • Coordinate AML/KYC reviews and ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant.

  • Maintain onboarding records and track account status across multiple workflows.

  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding onboarding progress, documentation, and account setup.

  • Partner with banking, compliance, legal, operations, and accounting teams to ensure timely execution.

  • Support capital call and distribution communications for newly onboarded investors.

  • Assist with audits, regulatory requests, and ongoing investor documentation updates.

  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience.

What should you bring to the table?
  • 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, investor services, fund operations, financial services, wealth management, or related environments.

  • Experience working with institutional clients, wealth managers, family offices, asset managers, or alternative investment platforms.

  • Strong understanding of account opening processes, AML/KYC requirements, and custodian bank relationships.

  • Familiarity with alternative investment structures such as Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, or Venture Capital.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with CRM or onboarding platforms is a plus.

  • Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal) – Mandatory requirement.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
