Description:

NexPoint is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support its National Accounts team. This role plays a critical part in driving sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across key distribution relationships, including Broker-Dealers, RIAs, and Family Offices.


The Sales Operations Analyst partners closely with National Accounts leadership, sales professionals, marketing, and compliance teams to support business strategy, due diligence initiatives, CRM reporting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales activity, pipeline performance, and opportunity trends using Salesforce and internal reporting tools
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for the National Accounts team, including reporting, dashboards, data integrity, and process improvements
  • Maintain and analyze CRM data to support strategic planning, forecasting, and leadership reporting
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and coverage

National Accounts Support

  • Support the National Accounts team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage due diligence requests (RFI/DDQ), data rooms, and partner inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between National Accounts and internal teams including marketing, compliance, legal, and product
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications related to National Accounts initiatives

Process Improvement & Enablement

  • Implement and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Assist in developing and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and reporting tools for internal and external use
  • Support product launches, conferences, and strategic initiatives with data, reporting, and operational coordination
  • Maintain project logs, calendars, and workflow documentation for the team
Requirements:
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, sales support, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, analytics, or marketing preferred
  • Experience in financial services, investments, insurance, or asset management strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Salesforce experience required; ability to build reports and analyze data
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
