What You'll Be Doing

  • M&A Deal Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts by reviewing contracts, corporate records, and regulatory filings related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Litigation Management Support: Assist in drafting litigation summaries, organizing case files, and tracking deadlines to support active litigation matters.
  • Corporate Governance: Help maintain corporate records, prepare board resolutions, and ensure compliance with governance protocols.
  • Business Legal Support: Provide general assistance to business units, including contract review, research, and issue spotting.
  • Compliance Program Development & Maintenance: Collaborate with the compliance team to develop, update, and maintain policies, training materials, and monitoring tools, and assist with compliance reporting and risk assessments.
