Job Description:
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys and staff on the Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and paralegal assistance on a variety of legal issues, ensuring smooth operations across multiple offices. Responsibilities include managing case files, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with outside counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake and organization of litigation files in the case management system.
  • Draft and edit legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
  • Respond to discovery requests and manage tort claim notices.
  • Track and calendar critical litigation dates and document filing.
