Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Legal Consultant specialized in USA technology and privacy law to join our team. This role is critical in navigating the complex legal landscape of digital health and wellness platforms, focusing on compliance, data protection, and user privacy. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technology law, a passion for privacy, and a proactive approach to legal risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other relevant privacy and health information regulations affecting our platform and user base.
  • Conduct legal assessments of new features, especially those handling personal and health-related information of users and practitioners.
