Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Legal Copywriter and Editor to join our team at Grow Law (part of Comrade Digital Marketing). You will craft high-quality, accurate, and persuasive content for clients in the legal industry including website copy, blog posts, case studies, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.


Key Responsibilities
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy across a variety of legal topics and formats
  • Edit AI-written content through humanization, personalization, and fact-checking per our Editing Guide
  • Conduct thorough research on legal topics to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Edit and proofread content to meet high-quality standards and legal guidelines
  • Collaborate with clients to capture their brand voice and resonate with their target audience
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Work with SEO specialists, marketers, and the Content Manager/Editor to ensure content drives results
  • Stay current with legal developments, industry trends, and content best practices

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a legal copywriter or content writer within the legal industry
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and industry-specific content requirements
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating expertise in legal content
