Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and highly motivated bilingual Client Liaison to

serve as a primary point of contact between our firm and our clients throughout the litigation

process.

This role focuses on building strong client relationships, conducting proactive outreach,

answering questions, gathering important case information, and ensuring clients understand

what is needed from them as their claims move forward.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable speaking with

clients over the phone, can communicate complex information clearly, and takes ownership of

helping clients feel informed and supported.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the litigation process

•Conduct outbound calls and follow up with clients regarding case updates, deadlines,

outstanding items, and next steps

•Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to ensure they understand requests

and required actions

•Build rapport with clients while providing a professional and compassionate experience

•Gather and follow up on missing client information and documentation, including

forms, signatures, proof of damages, and other supporting materials

•Document client communications and maintain accurate Case Notes

•Identify client concerns and escalate questions or issues to the appropriate attorney or

case team member

Qualifications

•Fluency in Spanish and English required

•Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

•Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and maintaining consistent

follow-up

•Highly organized with strong attention to detail

•Professional, patient, and empathetic approach when working with clients

•Experience in client relations, customer service, legal intake, or similar fields preferred

•Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
