What You'll Do:
  • Manage Calendar:Keep the attorney's calendar organized, follow up on meetings, and confirm appointments throughout the day.

  • Phone & Communication Management:Handle incoming calls, screen calls, set up conference calls, and manage correspondence.

  • Document Preparation:Type, transcribe, and revise legal documents, including correspondence and basic legal forms.

  • Meeting Coordination:Participate in weekly meetings, manage the agenda, and record minutes.

  • Proofreading:Ensure all work is carefully proofread for content and context accuracy.

  • Email Monitoring:Monitor emails for both yourself and the attorneys you support, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.


What You'll Bring:
  • Experience:A minimum of 2 years of legal and/or executive secretarial experience.

  • Language Proficiency:Must be proficient in English, with fluency in Spanish being a plus.

  • Technical Skills:Strong working knowledge of software applications for document management and communication.
