Job description


A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its growing team. This is a permanent opportunity to support multiple attorneys in a collaborative, professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and brings strong writing and administrative skills along with a proven track record of stability and longevity in previous roles.
This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal setting, enjoys managing competing priorities, and values being part of a supportive, team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to 3-5 attorneys
  • Draft, edit, and format professional written communications and legal documents
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and deadlines
  • Maintain and organize case files and documentation
  • Assist with billing activities, including tracking and recording billable time
  • Support litigation-related tasks as needed
  • Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to firm processes
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
  • Demonstrated tenure and stability in prior positions (no frequent job changes)
  • Strong written communication and editing skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
