The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for litigation and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation and management of litigation cases from inception through resolution.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and compile data to support case strategies.
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trial dates, and manage attorneys' calendars.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to facilitate case progress.
  • Handle electronic court filings and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines.
