MOET Law Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support attorneys and case staff in a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm. This full-time, in-person role in Irvine, CA is ideal for a legal assistant or legal secretary who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys client interaction, organization, and administrative support.
This position plays a key role in daily firm operations by assisting with client intake, communication, calendaring, and case file management.
Salary Range: $18 $23 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls to prospective and existing clients
  • Assist with client intake, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic case files
  • Perform legal calendaring and schedule appointments and deadlines
  • Open insurance claims and prepare/send letters of representation
  • Schedule and coordinate client medical appointments
  • Follow up with clients regarding treatment status and appointments
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal staff
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of personal injury law experience required
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort with office technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish fluency (highly preferred)
