Job description

Workers' Compensation defense firm looking for a full time Paralegal Assisstant. Office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm. The Paralegal Assistant will support legal operations with a focus on workers' compensation cases, bringing expertise in document preparation and strong attention to detail. This role requires effective communication, research skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to)

  • Processing, attaching, billing & billing e-mails/incoming mail
  • Placing & Receiving phone calls
  • Prepare and organize legal documents related to workers' compensation cases
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation
  • Assiting Paralegal and/or Attorney with various tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Team player mentality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
