BioUrja is seeking motivated and detail-oriented college students to join our team for a fixed-term internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment and exposure to various organizational functions. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to real projects and initiatives that support business objectives and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support projects, strategic initiatives, or operational improvements.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Operations, HR, IT, or Legal to gather information and insights.
  • Participate in meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions as a contributing team member.
  • Analyze processes and help identify opportunities for efficiency improvements or automation.
  • Assist with maintaining organized records, files, and data repositories.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor or team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze information from multiple sources.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Prior internship or related experience is a plus but not required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Duration and Compensation:

  • Internship duration: Monday, June 1 - Friday, July 31 (9 weeks)
  • Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM)
  • Location: Fully In-Person
  • Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
