Legal Assistant – Civil Litigation (Irvine, CA)


A well-established civil litigation law firm in Irvine is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its growing team. The firm represents corporations and insurance companies across a variety of litigation matters and offers a collaborative environment where team members are supported and set up for success.

Applicants with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and training will be provided to those with limited experience.

Key Responsibilities:

E-filing with state and federal courts

Calendar depositions, court hearings, and litigation deadlines

Draft and format correspondence and pleadings

Assist attorneys with trial preparation

Maintain and organize case files

Provide general administrative and litigation support

Qualifications:

1–5 years of civil litigation experience preferred

Familiarity with court procedures and filing systems is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
