3i Law is a growing, full-service law firm serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Colorado and Hawaii. We believe legal services should be accessible, practical, and easier to engage with. Our attorneys collaborate across practice areas, allowing us to support clients through both personal and business matters as their needs evolve. Our firm is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Denver office . This position supports attorneys across several transactional practice areas, including estate planning, probate, trust administration, tax, business, real estate, immigration, and other matters. If you have a passion for legal work, a critical eye for detail, and a proactive approach, we encourage you to apply. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Denver office. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, and candidates should be comfortable working onsite and managing responsibilities that require a physical office presence. Responsibilities for Legal Administrative Assistant Collect, examine, and organize documents for attorney review and case preparation Prepare, proofread, format, and organize legal documents and correspondence Communicate with clients and other contacts to schedule meetings and interviews Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems Assist with signings and serve as notary Provide general office and administrative assistance, such as maintaining attorney calendars, answering phone calls, and greeting clients Additional duties as assigned Qualifications for Legal Administrative Assistant Past experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, legal assistant, legal secretary, paralegal, or similar role is required Ability to work full-time in-person at our Denver Office, Monday through Friday Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Detail-oriented and highly organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required Associates or a Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in formatting documents with a keen attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, keep deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities Self-starter and a willingness to be proactive and anticipate the needs of attorney's rather than waiting for direction 3i Law Benefits: 401k Paid Time Off Paid Holidays On-Site Garage Parking Training and Growth Opportunities Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
