Become a Patient Care Volunteer

Patient Care Volunteers are part of a patient’s care team. Volunteers make home/facility visits to offer companionship for patients and relief for caregivers. While you will not perform patient care interventions, you will have one-on one placement. Activities may include reading to the patient, assisting with a hobby, playing cards, games, doing puzzles, running errands or grocery shopping.
