We are seeking a highly motivated Texas Market LED Sales Account Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for our Visual Solutions product portfolio, including:
  • Digital Billboards
  • Factory Andon Systems
  • LED Displays
  • Commercial & Industrial LED Lighting
  • Digital Signage Solutions

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing strategic customer relationships, and executing regional sales initiatives throughout the Texas market. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with experience selling LED display, signage, or lighting solutions and a passion for technology-driven products.
Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue and growth objectives
  • Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, trade shows, market research, and outbound sales activity
  • Present and demonstrate LED display, lighting, and signage solutions to customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to achieve joint sales goals and deliver customer solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, quotations, and sales agreements
  • Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
  • Partner with Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle, including issue resolution and post-sale follow-up
  • Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events

Experience, Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in:
    • LED displays
    • Digital signage
    • Commercial lighting
    • Visual communication solutions
    • Industrial automation or related technical products
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts within CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel
