ResponsibilitiesAs a Leave Partner, you will serve as a trusted HR partner responsible for the administration, coordination, and compliance of employee leave programs. This role ensures an exceptional employee experience while maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local leave laws and company policies. You will collaborate closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, payroll, benefits vendors, and third‑party administrators to deliver accurate, timely, and compassionate leave support. - Experience in a multi‑state or complex leave environment (Desired)
Salary range: $87,000 – $113,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on location and individual skills, experience, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
