Job Summary:
Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) in Washington, DC. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing resources and budgets, overseeing project execution, and communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Project Initiation & Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and objectives.
โ€ข Requirements Gathering: Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and implementation plans.
โ€ข Resource & Budget Management: Assign tasks to Contractor personnel and forecast labor burn rate.
โ€ข Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily progress, manage the schedule, and ensure quality standards are met.
โ€ข Risk Management: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
โ€ข Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between Contractor technical teams and the COR and executive leadership to manage expectations.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข PMP or a minimum of 10 years of experience
โ€ข Must be able to effectively quantify specific, detailed information for their recommendations in written and verbal formats.
โ€ข A working understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities.
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communications skills to facilitate clear and concise delivery statuses on multiple, concurrent activities.
โ€ข Attention to detail.
โ€ข The ability to define requirements and prepare task proposals, to include budget and schedule development.
โ€ข Experience with project management tools.
โ€ข Experience developing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
โ€ข The ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential technical and other project-related risks.
โ€ข The ability to assess project deliverables to help ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
โ€ข Public Trust Tier 2 clearance level and background check.
