Position Summary/Role Description: The OEM Sales Manager will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts. The Sales Manager uses expertise in automotive parts-specifically interior surface-treated components as well as vinyls, leathers, and synthetic leathers-and experience in the automotive materials sector to hunt and farm new business opportunities.
Requirements
Role Description and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build key customer relationships and trust among top customers within the automotive parts and materials sectors.
โ€ข Gain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, customer demand, and competitor activities from a parts sales and supply chain management perspective.
โ€ข Obtain information regard to new product development launching date
โ€ข Follow up on approved duties related to parts sales projects (such as RFQ acquisition, pricing negotiations, and mass production management) as necessary.
โ€ข Interface with your local branch or ATL Corporate Office as required.
โ€ข Handle administrative tasks related to the management and operation of your individual boundaries.
โ€ข Sales and management of industrial materials/product.
โ€ข Collect and report competitive intelligence within our industry and among our key product competitors.
Education and Work Experience:
โ€ข Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
โ€ข At least 3 years minimum experience within sales and marketing
โ€ข Experiences in Autoskin(Car & Leather seat) Sales or other relevant experience will be considered.
โ€ข Tier 1 Automotive Industry experience is a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
โ€ข Excellent oral and written, communication and organization skills
โ€ข Proficient in English & Korean
โ€ข Excellent Microsoft office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
โ€ข Excellent selling skills and strong marketing knowledge
โ€ข The energy and focus to achieve goals and be results oriented;
โ€ข Ability to think and work independently.
