Job description

Position Summary:
Weekends Required
The Leasing Coordinator supports the Centralized Leasing Team by delivering on-site assistance to prospective residents touring our communities. This individual will contribute to our leasing goals by demonstrating strong customer service and administrative acumen, understanding and surpassing customer expectations while engaging with prospects that will be touring the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality including: greeting prospects when they arrive at the community, serving as a point of contact for walk-in traffic and assisting with TourGuide App, and providing directional and access support to prospects.
  • Conducts guided tours, as requested by the prospect, and uses a consultative approach to evaluate customer needs and uncover opportunities to enhance the customer service experience and identify any gaps in the touring process.
  • Inputs all activity and customer information into CRM databases in a timely and accurate manner. Supports Centralized Leasing Team with lead follow up, as needed.
  • Proactively ensures that the tour path, model units, vacant units and the community always maintain an exceptional presentation quality.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Min. 2 years experience in a customer service or sales

Other:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid California driver's license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company's MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position)
