Position Summary:
The Medium Duty Sales Representative is responsible for selling medium-duty trucks and related solutions to commercial customers. This role focuses on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and providing consultative sales support to meet customer operational needs and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell medium-duty trucks to commercial, municipal, and vocational customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate truck models, bodies, and upfits
  • Generate leads, conduct sales calls, and perform customer site visits
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and financing or leasing options
  • Coordinate with internal departments including service, parts, finance, and upfitting
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Stay current on product offerings, specifications, and industry trends
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
