Position Summary
The Leasing Agent is responsible for owning the full leasing journey from first inquiry through signed lease. This is a sales-driven role focused on relationship building, urgency, follow-up, and conversion. The Leasing Agent communicates with prospects, coordinates tours, conducts virtual leasing, reviews applications, and prepares accurate lease documents. Strong performers are rewarded, and success is driven by speed, accuracy, and results. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining high accountability standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales amp; Lead Ownership

  • Manage all prospect and applicant communication from initial inquiry through signed lease

  • Respond quickly and professionally via phone, text, and email

Tour Coordination amp; Virtual Leasing

  • Schedule in-person tours with field team members when needed

  • Approve or deny applicants using screening criteria and Fair Housing guidelines

Lease Preparation amp; Accuracy

  • Prepare and send lease documents with high accuracy

  • Verify pricing, concessions, fees, and add-ons

  • Drive timely lease signatures and completion

  • Present and sell additional income opportunities when appropriate

  • Ensure add-ons are properly disclosed and documented

Work Schedule amp; Availability

  • Required in-office one day per week for training and collaboration

  • Must be available for leasing calls Mondayโ€“Friday, 10:30 a.m. โ€“ 3:30 p.m.

  • Calls handled through a company-approved calling application on a personal cellphone
