Beach Front Property Management is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager & Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of our apartment communities in Chino.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a residential community. You'll work closely with the On-Site Property Manager, assist with leasing available apartments, and help ensure the community operates smoothly. If you're organized, dependable, and looking to build a long-term career in property management, we'd love to meet you.


What You'll Do

  • Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes.
  • Process rental applications and prepare lease documents.
  • Assist with resident move-ins, renewals, and resident communications.
  • Support the Property Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with rent collection, resident files, and office organization.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to help ensure work orders and apartment turns are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct property inspections and help maintain curb appeal.
  • Build positive relationships with residents while delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Customer service, leasing, sales, hospitality, or property management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
