Job description

Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position We are currently seeking a Director of Property Management who will be responsible for the daily operations and field performance of the region's portfolio. The candidate will oversee a property management staff and be accountable for their supervision, training and success. This individual will be accountable for delivering and maintaining best-in-class standards throughout the portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and directing the operating budgets for the portfolio; including cam, capex and landlord expenses. The Director is responsible for expense management throughout the year and for quarterly variance reporting.

The Director will interface with applicable departments (Leasing, Development, Property Administration and Finance) and must be a proven leader, self-starter, strong communicator, be highly organized and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This individual must have superior knowledge of retail commercial real estate, retail building operations, facilities and construction, accounting systems, and advanced MS Excel skills. Additionally, the candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience dealing with landlord/tenant lease language, leasehold obligations, and have a superior understanding of Common Area Maintenance billing and recovery.

Requirements:
