Schedule: Thursday - Monday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Weekends: 10 am - 5 pmย 

Location: Palermo - 7101Lindsay Ave SE, Auburn WA 98092

What We Require:

  • A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
  • Computer literacy
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
  • Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
  • Yieldstar
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

What You'll Do:

  • Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
