What Youโ€™ll Do
As a Leasing amp; Marketing Associate, youโ€™ll be the face of our property and a key driver of occupancy goals. Your day will include:
  • Greeting prospective residents and guiding them through tours of our community.
  • Highlighting features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings that make our property stand out.
  • Managing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Creating and posting engaging social media and marketing content.
  • Supporting resident events and outreach campaigns to strengthen community engagement.
  • Assisting with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • A people-person with strong communication and sales skills.
  • Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing is a plus (weโ€™ll train the right candidate!).
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $20-22/hr. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.
This pay range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
