Will AI replace leasing agents?

Leasing agents perform tasks such as showing properties, screening tenants, and handling lease agreements, which require interpersonal skills and judgment. While AI can automate administrative tasks and provide virtual tours, it is unlikely to fully replace leasing agents due to the need for personalized customer service and complex decision-making. Instead, AI is expected to serve as a tool to enhance efficiency and support leasing professionals.
