Leasing Agent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to assist prospective and current residents with their apartment leasing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced property management environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective residents with apartment tours and leasing information
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Explain rental options, pricing, policies, and community amenities
  • Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
  • Follow up with prospective residents and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Assist with general office and property management duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Spanish-speaking skills are helpful but not required
  • Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday availability
