Property Management: The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. The primary objective is to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.

Client Service: The Leasing Agent is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service.

  • Engage & Assist: Greet prospective residents with a warm and friendly demeanor, help them find their ideal home, and guide them through the leasing process.
  • Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence.
  • Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain availability of units.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
