Leasing Agent
Raleigh, North Carolina
$16–$18/hour, depending on experience (B.O.E)
M-F 9-6 
Occasion Sat 10-4


Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the leasing process across multiple properties
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units
  • Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements
  • Screen tenant applications, including credit and background checks
  • Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and lease documentation
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with property management for seamless operations and tenant satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to optimize rental rates
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, leasing activity, and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies
  • Assist with tenant retention strategies
  • Participate in budget planning and leasing forecasts
  • Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents and brokers
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in property leasing or real estate management
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
