Job Summary 
  
Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent with great communication skills to join our team! As the liaison between our management office and current/prospective residents, you'll play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office. With exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, you will have a direct impact on creating an excellent living experience.   
  
Job Highlights 
  • Shows and leases apartments 
  • Answers incoming phone calls and converts inquiries from prospective residents into scheduled appointments to visit the community 
  • Stays up to date on current availability and waiting lists and contacts prospects 
  • Maintains resident files with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Provides exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain a high occupancy level 
  
Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred. 
  • Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance. 
  • Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette. 
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed; ability to write correspondence in a professional manner. 
  • Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance. 
  • Weekend availability is required
