Job description

We are currently looking for an energetic Leasing Agent to manage leasing efforts across our Capitol Hill, First Hill and other properties in the Seattle area. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving occupancy and delivering exceptional service within our expansive portfolio. Compensation:

  • $24-26/hr plus commissions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
