Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
  • Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host ten or more open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
  • Participate actively in team events as per team standards
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and promote homes
  • Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
