The Professional Education Facilitator is responsible for delivering, facilitating, and supporting high-quality professional education and continuing education programs for working professionals, executives, and organizational partners.
This role focuses on engaging, practice-based learning experiences that drive strong participant outcomes and an excellent learner experience.
The Facilitator delivers instruction across short courses, workshops, bootcamps, micro-credentials, and customized employer programs. Working closely with program leads, subject-matter experts, and industry partners, this role ensures learning is interactive, relevant, and aligned with defined program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Facilitation & Delivery
  • Facilitate high-quality professional education sessions using in-person, hybrid, and online formats
  • Deliver learner-centered, interactive, and applied learning aligned with established outcomes
  • Support guest speakers, instructors, and industry experts in effective program delivery
  • Adapt facilitation approaches to meet the needs of diverse professional audiences and organizational contexts
Learner Experience & Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participants during program delivery
