Overview
Temporary Role: 6 Months
Location: Coral Gables - Hybrid
The Learning Content & Academy Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design, development, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning content, programs, and experiences for the Bank, with primary emphasis on the CNB Leadership Academy and other leadership, culture, and professional development initiatives. This role partners closely with Talent Development & Culture, internal subject matter experts, business leaders, and executive faculty to convert business knowledge, leadership expectations, and organizational priorities into engaging learning content and scalable development experiences.
What You'll Do:
  • Partners with Talent Development & Culture, business leaders, executives, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and update learning content for the CNB Leadership Academy and other enterprise learning programs.
  • Creates high-quality learning materials, including PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, leader toolkits, job aids, reflection guides, coaching tools, quick reference guides, discussion prompts, learning activities, pre-work, post-work, and communications.
  • Translates executive input, meeting notes, leadership concepts, business priorities, and subject matter expert knowledge into clear, engaging, learner-friendly content.
  • Supports the development of leadership development modules, executive masterclasses, workshops, learning labs, and blended learning experiences aligned to organizational goals, culture, leadership expectations, and Academy frameworks.
  • Applies adult learning principles, instructional design practices, storytelling techniques, and visual communication standards to create engaging and practical learning experiences.
  • Designs and updates content that supports leadership behaviors, coaching practices, manager effectiveness, culture initiatives, employee development, performance management, and other Talent Development priorities.
  • Develops learning activities, reflection exercises, scenarios, case studies, coaching conversations, group discussions, and practical application tools to reinforce learning and support behavior change.
  • Maintains and organizes learning content libraries, Academy materials, templates, version control, participant resources, facilitator materials, and related documentation.
  • Ensures all learning content is accurate, professional, visually consistent, aligned with CNB standards, and ready for delivery to employees, managers, senior leaders, and executive audiences.
  • Supports Academy program coordination, including scheduling sessions, coordinating facilitators and executive faculty, managing participant rosters, sending communications, preparing materials, coordinating rooms or virtual sessions, and ensuring all logistics are completed timely and accurately.
    Manages training programs through use of the Learning Management System, including course creation, learning plan support, enrollment, attendance, tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborates with the LMS administrator to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learning programs, classroom events, online events, e-learning content, attendance, and participant completion.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, program coordination, or related field.
  • Strong content creation skills, including the ability to develop professional, polished, and learner-friendly materials.
  • Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to structure content in a way that supports engagement, knowledge transfer, and practical application.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including presentation design, visual storytelling, formatting, and executive-ready slide development.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, simplify, and organize complex information.
  • Ability to translate business concepts, leadership expectations, and subject matter expert input into clear learning materials.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and learning projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate training logistics, calendars, rosters, communications, materials, and participant follow-up with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, LMS platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to use technology and AI-enabled tools to support content creation, learning design, communications, and process efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain accurate training records, content libraries, version control, and program documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in order to complete tasks.
  • Ability to design learning activities, reflection exercises, discussion guides, case studies, scenarios, coaching tools, and practical application resources.
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees, managers, executives, subject matter experts, vendors, and internal clients.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
