The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
As a Sr Consultant, BI Sales Content & Readiness, you will be responsible for partnering with the BI Sales Enablement team to lead the design and implementation of sales learning and readiness solutions for Business Insurance. This will include the development and implementation of comprehensive training strategies, curriculum, and readiness materials for sales practices/programs and optimize tool utilization.

  • Develop learning and readiness strategies in program development, delivery methods, and/or curriculum design for an internal and/or external audience.
  • Conduct and utilize analyses to implement actionable recommendations related to sales learning and readiness needs.
  • Support initiative shaping and roadmap development for short and long-term sales enablement strategies and initiatives.
  • Create learning and readiness strategies and development approaches for assigned practices/programs based on the needs analysis.
  • Develop and lead project plans, project schedules, and milestone dates for assigned project(s).
  • Partner with the sales enablement team to deliver leading-edge solutions and explore new technologies. Serve as an internal lead for one or more specific technologies.
  • Develop and recommend measurement tools for specific solutions and for broader use across our organization. Assess the impact and effectiveness of solutions, and communicate results and recommendations to business partners.
  • Works with peers to identify areas where common learning and readiness solutions can be leveraged across businesses.
  • Routinely report on progress against the roadmap. Develop project artifacts required for governance and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain current knowledge of business developments, trends, and competitive environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, learning technologies, or comparable field.
  • Five years of sales and/or insurance industry experience.
  • Professional learning and development credentials.
  • Experience with eLearning tools and/or other learning technology.
  • One year of project management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence various audiences across the enterprise.
  • Experience in design, development, and delivery principles.
  • Strong understanding of program evaluation and impact assessment techniques.
