Come join the Machine Learning & Intelligent Operations team who develops and sustains innovative solutions for Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations, using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), through a design-led approach, to dramatically enhance the customer and employee experience.

Job summary

As a Product Delivery Manager within Machine Learning Operations Intelligence, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution for the product's vision and prioritized roadmap agenda. You will ensure the health and wellness of the team remains on point with transparency and communication of work in flight to closure.  You will partner with product and technology to overcome impediments preventing productivity and continuously promote a unified culture by encouraging team collaboration.

Job responsibilities 

  • Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
  • Maintains a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Solid focus on risk and controls
  • Partners with Product Owners (PO's) / Area Product Owners (APO's) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams
  • Demonstrate excellent planning and delivery execution of product roadmap
  • Monitors Jira hygiene and enforces Jira standards
  • Accountable for managing product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availability
  • Manage Release Management and communication
  • Proactive identification & management of issues
  • Support the Agility Lead in driving continuous team improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen overall agile effectiveness
  • Manage dependencies, including inside and outside of product area


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Strong understanding of firmwide risk and controls
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Change-ready OR Agile with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
