You'll also collaborate closely with the Digital Learning team to ensure our systems, content, and learner experience are integrated, accessible, and impactful across the enterprise. Beyond digital solutions, you'll help reimagine how we welcome and onboard new colleagues - ensuring every new RELEXian feels connected, equipped, and inspired from day one.Â
Join us as a LMS & LinkedIn Learning Administrator, and this is some of what you'll be doing:
- Learning Platform Administration - serve as the primary administrator for RELEX's LinkedIn Learning platform, troubleshooting user issues and managing learner access.
- Partner with functional learning teams - collaborate with functional training owners (e.g., Product, Tech,  Sales, Customer Operations) to curate and integrate learning content that complements their programs to drive business results.Â
- Collaborate with the Digital Learning team - align on platform strategy, content management, learner journeys, and data reporting to deliver a seamless, modern, and scalable digital learning experience.Â
- Curate and manage learning content and platforms - oversee content libraries, vendors, and learning systems to make learning accessible, engaging, and data-. informedÂ
- Consult with the business - partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify learning needs, propose scalable solutions, and translate capability gaps into actionable learning programs.Â
- Drive communication and engagement - plan and execute internal marketing campaigns across RELEX communication channels to raise awareness, tell success stories, and make learning part of everyday work.Â
- Collaborate across teams - work closely with the Leadership Development, Digital Learning, DEI, Well-being, and Communications teams to integrate learning into broader People and culture initiatives.Â
- Ensure measurement and impact - define and track learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide insights that shape continuous improvement.Â
- Support governance and scalability - contribute to the global learning roadmap, ensuring clarity in priorities, consistency in delivery, and alignment with RELEX's strategic goals.Â
We're looking for:
- Experience administering LinkedIn Learning or a comparable Learning Management System (LMS) or learning experience platform.
- Experience managing learner access, learning assignments, reporting, and platform administration.
- Proven experience in enterprise or corporate learning, instructional design, or learning operations (ideally in a global, fast-growing organization).Â
- Strong understanding of learning technologies, digital learning ecosystems, and content curation.Â
- Experience partnering with business leaders, HR, and digital learning teams to identify and solve learning challenges.Â
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to market and promote learning in ways that inspire engagement.Â
- Curiosity and creativity in how people learn - you think beyond courses and systems to build habits and culture.Â
- Familiarity with competency-based development, leadership frameworks, and global onboarding programs.Â
- Collaborative mindset and ability to navigate a dynamic, cross-functional environment.Â
