Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA – ABA Centers of Georgia Macon, GA Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 (full-time) | Sign‐On Bonus: $20,000 (Limited Time) Relocation Package: up to $15,000 | Student Loan Forgiveness: up to $24,000 Responsibilities Design, implement, and monitor skill‐acquisition and behavior‐reduction programs. Oversee implementation of behavior‐analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers. Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment). Supervise weekly other BCBA candidates seeking certification. Perform other typical BCBA duties as required.

Requirements

Master's degree. Active BCBA certification (required). Initiate state licensure process prior to start date (if required). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
