Job Title: Clinical Director (BCBA)
Shift -General
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Role Overview:
We seek a Clinical Director and BCBA to lead our Marietta center-based ABA services. The role involves overseeing treatment plans, managing a team of BCBAs, and ensuring the highest quality of client care. You will mentor staff, collaborate with families, and implement innovative ABA methods.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the center and manage a team of BCBAs.
  • Oversee the implementation of treatment plans.
  • Mentor and coach BCBAs and collaborate with families.
  • Ensure long-term client progress and team development.
  • Promote the use of innovative ABA techniques, including RFT.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills.
  • Proven experience in team management and client care.
