About Alpha and Omega Kids Developmental Services

Alpha and Omega Kids Developmental Services (AOK) is a rapidly growing, multi-state Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization providing in-home, community, and school-based services to children with autism and developmental differences.

We are expanding quickly and building strong operational systems to support our clinicians and families. If you have experience with ABA intake, staffing, and scheduling and enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, this role offers meaningful impact and rapid career growth.

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced ABA Intake, Staffing, and Scheduling Specialist to manage new client onboarding, insurance coordination, therapist matching, and case scheduling.

This role is central to our growth strategy and requires hands-on experience in ABA operations, scheduling RBTs and BCBAs, communicating with families, and supporting rapid service start timelines.

What You’ll Do

ABA Intake & Family Onboarding

• Serve as first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services.

• Collect intake documentation and coordinate insurance verification.

• Explain intake steps, authorization timelines, and service delivery models.

• Confirm communication preferences and maintain accurate client records.

• Support Spanish-speaking families when needed.

• Track referral pipelines and intake progress.

ABA Scheduling & Staffing

• Maintain master schedules for RBTs and BCBAs.

• Assign therapists to cases based on experience, location, and client needs.

• Coordinate with families and clinical leadership to schedule sessions.

• Manage cancellations, coverage needs, and emergency scheduling.

• Monitor staff availability and utilization.

• Proactively fill open therapy hours.

• Report staffing metrics and intake timelines to leadership.

• Collaborate with recruiting teams to forecast staffing needs.


Required Qualifications

1+ year experience in ABA therapy intake, staffing, or scheduling.

• Experience working in an ABA therapy environment.

• Understanding of RBT and BCBA scheduling models.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Able to work between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM EST.
