Job description

About the Role

JEI Learning Centers is seeking a Franchise Support Coordinator to support our growing network of educational franchisees across the U.S. This is an ideal position for a motivated candidate who would like hands-on experience in the fields of education, franchising, and business relationship management.


In this role you will work closely with our JEI franchisees to help them grow their business within the local community. You will gain valuable experience in franchising, marketing support, and business operations as a team member of a globally recognized leader in supplemental education.

What You Will Do

● Serve as a professional representative of the JEI brand and franchise system

● Support new and existing franchisees through onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing communication

● Coordinate franchise support initiatives, marketing programs, and special events (e.g., grand openings, open houses)

● Assist with organizing and improving internal franchise support processes

● Provide on-site support visits to franchised locations as needed

● Learn the fundamentals of education franchise management with opportunities for growth/advancement

● Work along side our in-house marketing team and third-party social media services provider to help franchisees grow their business in their local community.

Required Qualifications

● Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

● Strong organizational and time-management skills

● Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions in a fast-paced office environment

● U.S. citizen or permanent resident (visa sponsorship is not available)

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field

● Experience in K - 12 education and/or related tutoring business/franchise

● 3-4 years experience in franchising, business operations, or teaching roles

● Open to recent graduates with relevant experience
