Environment – Office

Physical - Office, predominantly office-based, occasional travel may be required to attend events, conferences, or meet with key stakeholders. Physical requirements are generally limited to standard office activities, including sitting, standing, and using a computer for extended periods.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Program Manager at CLUTCH, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery that aligns with our client experience standards.

You will be responsible for managing paid and digital efforts for our client, collaborating closely with internal teams to manage timelines and resources. You will drive the success of assigned client projects by executing strategic plans and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. A consultative approach will be key as you immerse yourself in understanding clients’ businesses and industries, crafting creative solutions, and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

·       Establish, strengthen and expand relationships with clients to deliver excellent client service, aligning with the CLUTCH client experience expectations.

·       Take a high-level view of the entire program, and strategically guide cross-functional team to ensure everyone is working effectively toward the program’s objective.

·       Drive day-to-day execution of assigned client projects including interfacing with vendors and subcontractors.

·       Manage and/or create presentation materials and project proposals/SOWs as needed.

·       Take a consultative approach to learning client’s business and category, while supporting client business objectives and needs.

·       Understand the CLUTCH business model and deliver results.

·       Identify new project opportunities and develop action steps to secure them with assigned client(s).

·       Work with Client Satisfaction teammates to ensure a consistent “CLUTCH experience.”

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in agency or corporate marketing.
    • 5+ years experience managing digital + paid media projects/programs.

Technical Skills:

·       Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics platforms, and social media tools.

·       Competence in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

·       Experience with advertising technologies, media planning tools, and creative production processes.

Industry Knowledge:

·       Experience in agriculture and integrated ag systems.  

·       Knowledge of agriculture-related marketing strategies, such as product launches, grower events, and dealer/distributor activations.

·       Familiarity with agricultural equipment, crop management practices, and seasonality in marketing campaigns.

Creative and Strategic Abilities:

·       Strong ability to translate client needs into impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.

·       Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and client needs.
